New Year New YouThis is our New Year Challenge. We can start 2019 together and make it a healthy success with support and encouragement for each other. We can cheer each other on to reach our New Year goals and make this the healthiest year yet!

How to Register

Join by submitting your completed registration form by January 5th.


This 6 week challenge will focus on eating healthy, getting active, and managing stress! Weekly check-ins are done on an "honor system."
